I already know Sarah Carson and Super Collie are on America’s Got Talent.

So I decided to follow her on social media and found she was helping other owners by creating video lessons on the Puppr app.

So I installed the Puppr app right away, which required me to create an account. It asked my dog’s name and gender (male or female).

I sign up with my email address, but I can also sign up by linking a Facebook account.

The app just asked me to register a password, which should be at least six characters long.

While the user can skip the registration process, I would like to save my pet’s training progress by having an account.

I can also keep track of all the tricks my dog has mastered so far. There’s also a chance to earn badges for my pet’s achievements.

The Puppr app provides direct guidance on the training I need to do with my dog.

I can do clicker training with my pet through the app. Clicker training is based on positive reinforcement for my dog.

I can use the clicker sound from my phone as a unique signal to mark the moment.

I want my dog to perform the desired behavior. Then the Puppr app offers a fun game to practice clicker training with my dog.

The app suggested that I play the name game with my dog. If my pet is not looking, I should say his name.

I have to press the clicker when my dog makes eye contact. Then reward my dog.

Puppr suggested that I need to consider this time as it is very important when using clickers.

When using the clicker in the Puppr app, I need to make sure my phone volume is turned up so my dog can hear it properly.

There is a difficulty indicator so I know if I need extra patience to teach my dog if I get stuck.

I love that the Puppr app allows me to visualize guides through short video clips provided.

If I don’t understand the instructions, I can do this trick as Sara does with her dog.

Also, Puppr provides specific tips that I might consider when training.

It explains what type of treatment I should give my dog if his training is successful, and even how often, when and where.

How to Track My Dog’s Skills in the Puppr App

With so many classes available in the Puppr app, it would be hard for me to remember all the workouts we’ve done.

It’s hard to keep track of everyone I start.

Fortunately, the Puppr app allows me to keep track of all the tricks my dog has mastered.

I can indicate the status of the training, whether it is not started, in progress, or completed.

The app then collects all workout information and displays it on the workout progress page.

Here I can find out how many tricks my dog has learned with the help of the Puppr app.
